Major agreement to exploit a new gold mine in Dan Kassawa covering over 3km².
NTI-NEGOCE Group is pleased to announce the signing of a strategic alliance with FOUGNAISE SARL, aimed at the joint exploitation of a promising new gold deposit located in Dan Kassawa. This partnership covers a mining permit area of over 3km², marking a significant milestone in the expansion of our mineral reserves.
The agreement will combine NTI-NEGOCE's technical expertise with FOUGNAISE SARL's deep local knowledge to develop modern and sustainable extraction infrastructure. Preliminary geological studies have revealed high-grade potential, justifying immediate investment in semi-industrial extraction equipment.
'This collaboration with FOUGNAISE SARL illustrates our commitment to creating strong local synergies to valorize Niger's resources,' stated the management. The project is expected to create dozens of direct jobs in the region and will include a community development component to support the populations surrounding Dan Kassawa.
